Some Eggcellent Grown Up Easter Basket Ideas
If the bunny is asking, us moldy oldies still want a basket….

I think it goes without saying I love a celebration! After checking out Molly's awesome Easter basket ideas for kiddos I couldn’t help but wonder…can the bunny bring something for MOI?! Though its a different rabbit, I think all bunnies agree that while Trix are for kids, treating yourself is for everyone.
While my husband and I…er the Big Bun and his sidekick…don’t create grown up Easter baskets for us I think it’s such a fun idea. A surprise for some of my friends with March/April birthdays? A little happy for my favorite girl (me!)? Can we normalize just giving cute, fun gifts for the sake of making someone happy and celebrating every single thing?? We need this right now.
So, if the Bunny is listening, here’s what I’d love them to stock my basket with…
A Morning Jolt: I am newly obsessed with Everyday Dose. I don’t know if it is part of being almost forty or just my body telling me to cool it on the java but sometimes coffee just doesn’t hit the spot for me anymore. I’ve heard about Everyday Dose for years and it is a delish addition to the morning routine.
Some Heat: Secret Handshake hot sauce You know from our podcast recs that I love the dudes at the Basement Yard and their Everything Bagel hot sauce is LEGIT. As a self-proclaimed hot sauce aficionado (don’t get me started on how I could dominate a Hot Ones challenge and have), I cannot wait to try their new Bloody Mary sauce. Y-u-m.
A Bit of Flair: Sparkly Peeps-inspired earrings, of course! I can’t resist a cute pair of earrings (just ask my bursting-at-the-seams jewelry organizer) and these sparkly cuties are so fun for Easter Sunday.
Good Smells: I may have broken up with candles but I still need my home to smell fresh n’ Springy so these honeysuckle-scented bird n' flower shaped melts are on my MUST list. Speaking of smelling good, I am a perfume lover so if the Bunny wants to spoil me with a little Daisy Wild by Marc Jacobs I’m not here to say no. I live in the house of yes.
Lip Service: ELF Cosmetics is one of my favorite brands for many, many reasons and I’ll never turn down a little lip service, especially if it's strawberry scented.
Bala Bling: A friend gifted me a FabFitFun box for Christmas this year and it was SUCH a fun surprise! I got the cutest green Bala Bangles windbreaker in it and as I continue half marathon walking/jogging/panicking I wouldn’t mind if someone slipped some matching Bala Bangles into my basket so I can serve full Bev Goldberg mall walker realness.
Pages to Turn: You know I always need a little something to read! I love a book of essays and have had One Day We'll All Be Dead and None of This Will Matter: Essays by Scaachi Koul on my list forever. Bun, do your thing.
A Sweet Thing or Three: We gotta wrap it all up with a sweet treat and these gluten free Cheryl's Cookies look so good!
