Some Guided Monday Meditations
You know, just in case you need some zen and mindfulness on this January 20th….
Looking for some peace and trying to get centered this Monday morning? Us too. Both of us are pretty dedicated to meditating and have found it helps to get centered and mindful on the regular. So on this potentially stressful winter Monday, we wanted to quickly share some of our favorite (mostly free!) guided meditations for even the most begin of beginner meditating mavens.
Sarah’s Picks:
Boho Beautiful Morning Meditation: Spend about 15 minutes in the morning getting calm and positive for the day ahead? Perf.
SELF Love Guided Meditation: I am a forever fan of SELF! I stumbled on this meditation when looking for a quick, general zen one morning and now it's one of my favorites.
Inner Peace & Happiness Meditation: This ten minute med sesh focuses on being good to YOU and is great for when you need a chill ten minutes even midday.
Meditation for Overcoming Mom Burnout: Good for moms and everyone else, honestly. I like to do this one at night just to recenter and decompress from the hustle of the day.
Sleep Meditation from Headspace: I love Headspace and this is a quick one to relax before bed - especially when doom scrolling or stressful thoughts keep busting in on your ZZZs.
Molly’s Pick:
Relaxing Meditation with Ross Rayburn, Peloton: I listen to Ross Rayburn’s soothing voice every evening as I fall asleep (shoutout to my awesome sleep headphones!) The app has a few other great meditation instructors. I use this almost exclusively for meditation now, cause I’m paying for it, so might as well use it as much as I can!
